TIA’s Technovations Kicks Off with a Strong Start
TIA’s Technovations conference kicked off Oct. 15 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., with a strong start as more than 300 people came to the JW Marriott Sawgrass to see new technology announcements and network with fellow 3PL companies.
The conference started with Mastering 3PL Sales Manager Coaching: Unlocking Technology for Transformative Sales Role taught by Jim Kenny, PhD.
The all-day Coaching the Coach pre-conference seminar focused on empowering 3PL sales managers with the latest technological tools and matrix analytics to conduct impactful sales role-plays. Attendees were introduced to innovative techniques and strategies that will help elevate their sales management coaching, driving significant improvements in team performance.
Golfer attendees played an exciting round of golf at the Dye’s Valley course at TPC Sawgrass. Congratulations to golf winners James Schlosser with Evans Transportation Services, Inc. in Delafield, Wis.; Reid Clements with Highway in Dallas; Chris Kolquist with Koliway in Leawood, Kan.; and Josh Lyles with Salesdash CRM in Nashville, who won with a 62 (-10).
