TIA and Avalon Announce 2025 Trimester 3 CTB Scholarship Recipients

Alexandria, VA – [September 15, 2025] — The Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) and Avalon Risk Management are proud to announce that Phil Ball of Westgate Logistics and Olga Yaroshenko of Shram Logistics have been awarded the Avalon and TIA CTB Trimester 3 Scholarships.

The CTB (Certified Transportation Broker) is the 3PL industry’s most widely recognized designation, earned after a rigorous four-month course and comprehensive examination. Avalon sponsors two scholarships each trimester to expand access to this prestigious credential.
