Looking Forward to a Bright Future with TIA

AS THE NEWLY appointed president and CEO of TIA, I am truly honored to lead this organization into an exciting new chapter of growth and impact. We have been blessed the past four years to have Anne Reinke as our president and CEO and she has set us successfully down this path and I am grateful for her leadership.

Our industry is undergoing rapid change, and I believe that with the right strategy and focus, we can elevate our role in shaping its future. At the heart of my vision are three key pillars: advocacy, member engagement and coalition building. Advocacy will remain a cornerstone of our work. We will amplify the voices of our members and ensure that their needs and concerns are front and center in policy discussions, both locally and here in Washington, DC. By actively participating in the legislative process, we can ensure that our industry continues to thrive, while also contributing to a stronger, more ethical marketplace.

To this end, I am thrilled to announce the rollout of our state and local advocacy focus with the development of TIA regions, which will collaborate and advocate on local issues that impact their regions of the country.

Member engagement is equally critical. Our members are the foundation of TIA, and my goal is to deepen our connection with them. We will foster an environment of collaboration and open dialogue, offering resources, education and opportunities that empower our members to lead and innovate within their own organizations.

Lastly, coalition building will strengthen our impact. By forming strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations and stakeholders, we can work collectively to address shared challenges, drive positive change and position ourselves as leaders in the industry.

I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, and I look forward to working alongside all of you as we continue to build a future of success, integrity and innovation. Together, we can achieve remarkable things.
