TIAIRE’s CTB program, sponsored by Avalon Risk Management, is the most recognized certification in the 3PL industry, offering professionals a chance to earn the highest broker certification available.

Scholarship Options

1. Bill Tucker Scholarship:

The Bill Tucker CTB Scholarship, established in 2024, honors the legacy of William J. “Bill” Tucker, a founding father of TIA and the Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) certification program. Awarded each trimester to the student with the highest pre-requisite exam score, this prestigious scholarship recognizes excellence in the industry. 2. Avalon Scholarship:

Avalon Risk Management sponsors six CTB scholarships through the year, two for each trimester. Avalon has been a supporter of TIA for more than 16 years.
