TIA Awards Bill Tucker Memorial Scholarship to Rodriquez Richmond
Alexandria, VA – June 10, 2025 — The Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) proudly announces Rodriquez Richmond, founder of Richmond Fast Track Industries, as the recipient of the 2025 Trimester 2 Bill Tucker Memorial Scholarship—awarded to the Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) student who earns the highest score on the program’s pre-requisite exam. Established in 2024, the Bill Tucker Memorial Scholarship honors the late TIA leader and logistics pioneer.
“Earning top marks in the CTB pre-exam is no small feat,” said Chris Burroughs, TIA President & CEO. “Rodriquez has shown remarkable commitment to growing his business and advancing his professional knowledge. We’re proud to support him on his CTB journey.”
